Lead Brand & Event Marketing Designer

TIMELINE

Spring 2026 — AAO Annual Session

SCOPE

booth graphics, audience-specific one-pagers, executive whitepaper, and sales collateral

Overview

Newo.ai builds AI voice receptionists that help dental and orthodontic practices answer calls, manage appointments, and capture more opportunities without adding pressure to their front-office teams.

For the AAO Annual Session, the company needed more than a visually distinctive booth. It needed a complete event marketing system that could quickly explain the product, speak to different buyer groups, support meaningful sales conversations, and continue working after the conference ended.

I led the design of the experience across every major touchpoint—from large-format booth graphics to targeted takeaways and executive-level materials.

The challenge

01

Communicate value in seconds

Conference attendees move quickly through a crowded environment. The booth needed to communicate one clear idea immediately: Newo.ai helps practices handle every call and capture more business with an AI receptionist.

02

Speak to different audiences

Independent practices, orthodontic teams, and multi-location organizations have different operational priorities. The messaging needed to feel specific to each audience while remaining part of one recognizable brand system.

03

Connect attention to action

The event materials could not stop at awareness. Every asset needed to guide prospects toward a meaningful next step—starting a conversation, booking a demo, exploring a pilot, or sharing the product internally.

The approach

I built the system around a simple communication hierarchy:

Attract attention from a distance.

Large-format graphics introduced one strong product promise with minimal copy and immediate visual recognition.

Explain the product up close.

Supporting materials translated Newo.ai’s technology into clear, practical outcomes for dental and orthodontic teams.

Attract attention from a distance.

Audience-specific one-pagers addressed different operational needs without fragmenting the overall brand experience.

Support longer sales cycles.

An executive whitepaper provided a more substantial resource for enterprise prospects and multi-location organizations evaluating AI adoption.

My contribution

Booth and environmental graphics

Designed the primary booth backdrop and supporting display graphics to remain legible across the show floor, establish a strong visual presence, and give the sales team a clear starting point for conversations.

Audience-specific collateral

Created a modular library of one-pagers tailored to dental practices, orthodontic teams, and larger multi-location organizations. Each piece focused on the needs and language of its intended audience while sharing the same visual system.

Executive whitepaper

Designed a longer-form resource for enterprise prospects, turning a complex product and emerging technology into a structured, credible, and easy-to-navigate narrative.

Scalable visual system

Established reusable layouts, messaging patterns, typography, and graphic treatments that could extend across future conferences, verticals, and campaign materials.

The system

The final event toolkit included:

  • Large-format booth graphics

  • Pull-up display banner

  • Audience-specific one-pagers

  • Product and use-case materials

  • Executive whitepaper

  • QR-driven calls to action

  • Reusable layouts for future events

Together, these assets created a consistent journey from initial attention to deeper product understanding.

Outcome

The result was a cohesive event presence designed to do more than look polished. It gave Newo.ai a clear story on the show floor, helped the team adapt conversations to different buyers, and created a reusable foundation for future event and sales marketing.

Instead of treating each deliverable as a separate design request, I developed one connected system—built to attract, explain, convert, and scale.
